Shipping and return policies
- All chromes are sold by net weight, not by volume or the size of the jar. Our jar is a 3gram size. Some chrome is sold at 1gram, some others are 2gram. This means the chrome is not full in the jar. We offer very high quality chrome, it isnt cheap but we guaranree the results.
PROCESSING TIME- the time we need to prepare your order is 2-3 business days. During Special Sale Events, or NEW Product Launches, Pre-Order, it takes much longer and could be up to 10 business days to fullfill your orders.Your orders will be processed in the order we received, a tracking number will be sent to your email at the time we process your order. Therefore, please make sure to type your emails correctly.
SHIPPING TIME: the time UPS takes to deliver your package. Orders are picked up and shipped by standard UPS Ground which usually take 3-5 business days to deliver. We are a seperate entity from UPS, please use UPS website to navigate your transit updates.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Being the nature of products and hygiene reasons, no returns or refunds accepted due to change of minds. Please take in consideration before ordering.
ERRORS/REPLACEMENT: We want you to get what you pay for in perfect conditions, we will replace you new products at no additional cost if your orders arrive in minor damaged or at company’s errors, such as broken/spilled during shipping, wrong items/wrong colors. This replacement policy will only valid within 15 days after delivery. Please open and inspect your orders upon receiving. We cant solve any issues if left unspoke.
